Become AWS certified within 6 months.

Learn to become a welder while being able to work full time. Welder apprentices will work directly with our CWI Welding Trainer to learn a minimum of 2 welding processes and directly apply them into a full-time position at Marmen Energy.

Welder apprentices can become AWS Certified within 6 months!

Prior welding experience is not required for this program. We are looking for people who want to learn a new trade while also working full time in our state-of-the-art plant.
