Team Member Assistance Program
To provide assistance to employees in difficult situations, Marmen Energy provides access to an employee assistance program, a confidential service that provides free meetings with various outside professionals.
Throughout the year, the Social Committee offers a variety of activities to all team members and their families. There is something for everyone, for example: outings at various community events, sporting events and committee sponsored gatherings. In addition, athletes can take advantage of potential sponsorship opportunities for their events. Marmen Energy ends each year with its infamous Christmas party for all team members to enjoy.

New Team Member Orientation
We really want new team members to integrate Marmen Energy’s great team effectively and as quickly as possible. To do this, new team members participate in a full day of orientation during which they are explained the company’s operations, its benefits, the health and safety rules to apply from day one, and much more information that allows new team members to integrate quickly into life at Marmen Energy. The day ends with a plant tour and meeting with the immediate supervisor to discuss the work more specifically.
Many ways are in place to promote effective communication within the organization to find solutions or new ways to innovate how we do things. We have a newsletter that communicates the news and is written by team members, plus annual meetings where the management team transparently updates everyone on past projects and those to come.
